Back from the field_Sudan_Arabic

Dr. Micaela Serafini visited Sudan in March during the MSF Associate Debate event held with MSF staff. During her visit, she engaged with teams in several locations, including Khartoum and El Gedaref where she visited the hospital run by MSF in the Um Rakuba refugee camp.
What struck her most was the remarkable solidarity within Sudanese communities and the dedication of healthcare workers who continue to provide care despite the immense challenges facing the country. After more than 1,000 days of war, Sudanese people continue to endure the devastating impact of conflict, while communities and healthcare workers show extraordinary resilience in supporting those in need.
