We have a displacement of people for more than 1.5 millions of people, of course including pregnant women. And there is only one maternity functional at this moment. So the pregnant woman and the new mothers are facing a lot of challenge and it's difficult to reach the hospital.

There is no transport during the nights. The hospital is overloaded. It's the triple of deliveries at this moment in Rafah going on in the El-Emirati hospital. And so, the risks and the difficulties are to reach the hospital, to have access to medical care, and then after that, to receive proper monitoring after delivery and then being discharged to a IDP camp that most of the times it's a tent. So, the challenges are enormous for the new mothers in Rafah.
