Since 2021, MSF in Kyrgyzstan has been implementing a unique project to provide screening procedures for the early detection of cervical and breast cancer. Besides screening services MSF team is actively promoting the healthy lifestyle and encouraging women to undergo cancer screening, because women often don’t aware of the symptoms, risks and consequences of breast and cervical cancer. The main objective is to inform and empower women to take care of their health to prevent disease and detect it at early stages when treatment can be of help and save the lives. This short professional video was shot with the participation of Aizada Jamgyrchieva, popular and well-known Kyrgyz TV-presenter, journalist and blogger with over 2,2M followers on Instagram, including “live” subscribers in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, as well as Kyrgyz community living abroad.
