Following the new attacks perpetrated in Zamzam camp - North Darfur - on April 11th, MSF teams witnessed the arrival of about 10,000 people in less than 48h in Tawila, located 60km from there.  Mostly women and children, a lot of them were in an advanced state of dehydration and exhaustion.
