Hello. A small update of the situation in La Guaira. Yesterday we went down for a second time. It was really impressive to see the massive, massive help of the Venezuelan people. It were thousands of motorbikes to see. Just to give you an understanding. Normally takes 45 minutes to reach La Guaira, from here, from Caracas, from our office. The day before yesterday, we did a first donation to one of the biggest hospital, the Jose Maria Vargas Hospital, which took us 1.5 hour to go.

And yesterday it was four hours and 15 minutes. It was completely full streets. Everything. When you arrive in La Guaira, it looks like a war zone to me. I have seen a lot of those environments in my MSF career, but it is really like a war zone. You see, for example, the stadium where people is under the free sky.

We have seen that there is put up a big tent to cover them, a lot of support, a lot of bags with clothes. There is a plant for water treating set up by the ICRC and when we arrive to the hospital it was very crowded. Still not as crowded as the day before. The day before, we saw a lot of people in the courtyard waiting for assistance.

This went down today. This is a good news for the hospital, but a bad news in general, because this means most of the wanted people has been treated, or a lot of them. And now we're talking about more coming in of dead people. When we left the hospital, there came a big truck with several dead body people.

So it's quite touching. So we continue to support with donations for the moment. We will have another movement tomorrow, today to La Guaira, to the naval hospital there. We will support here in Caracas level, another donation for the military hospital. We also support a grassroots organization which is the Blue, Cascos Azules. So we continue with this, supporting the actors on the ground while we develop further our own strategy.

For the moment, is this the most important thing we can do, as we have a lot of, a lot of actors, and we see also a lot of health personnel in the different hospitals we see. One hospital we served yesterday also is Domingo Luciani Hospital, where most of childs are treated, and this was impressive. In the morning they started with having 10 to 15 people per hour, and it went up to 40/50 patients per hour during the day, which is quite an impressive number.

We were also able to donate emergency kit for like 200 persons. So we will continue with these activities and decide day by day how we will expand our response. Thank you very much and wish us luck.
