MSF works with an independent, volunteer network based in Kharkiv city that sends humanitarian aid by train to the villages of Kharkiv oblast, where around 100 other community groups distribute the aid to individuals. Here, volunteers load donations from various local and international organizations and groups onto a train for delivery.
