In France, the Covid-19 pandemic has highlighted and increased social inequalities. It has complicated access to healthcare and essential services for people who were already in a precarious situation in France, at a time when they needed them most. Since 20 November 2020, Médecins Sans Frontières has repeated its intervention for rough sleepers and people living in precarious conditions via a mobile clinic operating five days a week near food distribution points in Paris. Composed of a doctor, two nurses, a logistician and a social worker, this mobile clinic offers primary health care, information and Covid-19 screening to all people living on the streets. The mobile clinic, which has been operating once a week since 2017, had already been extended during the first wave of Covid-19 from March to June to meet the urgent needs of these people.
