Amidst unprecedented violence, some MSF staff are still working at Al-Shifa Hospital.

Doctors, nurses and the medical staff have been exhausted for 23 days.

There is no drugs, there is no disposables, a lot of shortages.

Surgeons are operating on the ground, on the floor, they are operating everywhere.

There is no anesthetic drugs, they are operating without it.

There is no painkillers, there is no post-operative care.

We call here to stop the war, to let medical aid enter Gaza, medical staff to enter and
support the hospitals.

The situation at Al-Shifa hospital is desperate, as in most other health centers in
Gaza.
Due to exhausted fuel supplies and attacks, the MSF-supported Turkish hospital is now out of service.
It was the only public hospital for cancer patients in the strip.
