OCP runs a small vaccination point directly on the border with Sudan, where teams provide vaccination to children and provide information about medical care that refugees can seek within MSF facilities. They also screen malnutrition and send the most serious cases right away to the hospital. On average, about 1,000 people have been crossing this border every week. Since the beginning of November, the team has seens a stark increase of arrivals. Just in the first three days of November, there were more people coming than in the previous month.
