Hi I'm Kira, follow me through a day in my life as a community outreach manager in Eastern Ukraine.

Our day starts with a warm hot coffee and a briefing with the team on the days activities.

Today the health promotion team called to confirm that we were visiting the services and hospital in a village in the east of Ukraine. Once our visit and our meeting is confirmed our logistics department briefs everyone on security personal protective equipment and everything related to our activity. As soon as everything is clear, and we are told there are no security concerns we start moving to our destination. Today's task is to deliver blankets, find a location for our mobile clinic and a safe shelter for our team members in case of shelling in the area.

We also spoke to the local community about how we could help them rehabilitate their shelters. You can see the numbers on the door of this shelter which represent how much food stocks available inside that bunker.

After successfully finishing our tasks we start moving back to our base.

It is normal for our teams to be working in sub-zero temperatures which can be difficult when there is ice on the road or when we're trying to make a bomb-shelter warm enough for the local community.

Finally, we have a warm Ukranian soup. We debrief on how everything went during the day.

And that's what a day looks like in our outreach activity in the east of Ukraine.

We all go home to get some rest and start again tomorrow.
