MSF Swiss Director General Stephen Cornish visited Mother and child care #Mama na Mtoto kwanza# project implemented in collaboration with Tanzania Ministry of Health.

MSF also supported rehabilitation of Maternity ward, theater, waiting home for pregnant women and incinerator at Liwale Municipal hospital.

The project resulted into the improved access to health services and increased number of deliveries to 500 per month in 2023.
