After weeks of difficulty reaching our teams and offices in Baalbek, MSF was finally able to visit a city transformed—streets once bustling with life now stand empty, filled with silence and fear. With thousands forced to flee their homes, MSF has relocated its essential medical warehouse to continue supporting those in need.
