Additional Information / Shotlist An armed conflict is raging in Northern Mozambique.

Over 650,000 people have been forced to flee for their lives. Homes, health centers and schools have been destroyed.

The latest attack to take place in Palma has displaced thousands without warning.

They fled into the bush, walking days on foot to safety – some still in hiding.

Others fled by boat, further south down the coast.

MSF teams have treated people with bullet wounds, minor injuries and malaria. They are scared, hungry and dehydrated.

The scale of the violence is growing, and people live in constant fear of another attack.

The humanitarian needs in Cabo Delgado are overwhelming. And The level of violence we are seeing is tremendous.
