Additional Information / Shotlist On 5 March 2021, MSF started a project in Jebel Marra where it runs a clinic to provide healthcare to the population of the town of Dilli in Kas Locality of South Darfur State. During the first week of the project existence, a total of 1070 consultations were conducted.
With newly gained access to South Jebel Marra, MSF has a window of opportunity to support a population, which has been isolated from healthcare or any humanitarian support for the last 16 years. MSF is one of the very few organizations able to establish a primary healthcare/reproductive health, providing independent, impartial healthcare in this area. This gives MSF an opportunity to give the population a voice, bear witness and advocate for the needs of the people.
