"Today, I will explain how to put on your personal protective equipment to work in a high-risk area in a treatment centre for patients with Ebola virus disease.

So, first step. First pair of gloves.

Second step, the overalls.

OK, here we go! I put on a FFP2 mask.

Ebola is not airborne but on the other hand the mask has a structure
which allows to keep at a distance any fluid projection.

We're good.
The bonnet, to protect the rest of my face.

So, the apron.
Each one its own node.
You just have to be able to undo it.

Second pair of gloves. The one that will remain
and will be the dirtiest.

The glasses.

This is where I need
my buddy. Or my mirror.

And so, we have to check the corner.

My buddy tells me that everything is in order. I trust him.

Ready to go inside. We're going to work, for an hour.

OK, first step to undress.

As far as I took care of the patients, a hygienist will spray me with chlorine solution.

The most contaminated part of my equipment is my gloves.
I take them off first.

Second most contaminated part of the equipment, my apron.

Remains the mask.

And I wash my hands again.
And I don't touch anything.

My hands are still not clean.
My boots need to be sprayed.
Once I'm out of the high-risk zone

I wash my hand with water and soap.

And then it's time to rehydrate."
