This medicalised train has been developed by MSF in collaboration with the Ukrainian Railways and the Ministry of Health. The train is intended to refer patients from hospitals close to frontline warfare in the east to hospitals in in the west of Ukraine.

Other infos that can be included:

Oxygen Production:
- 7 oxygen concentrators
- Oxygen piped to the ICU carriage
- 3 ICU beds supplied with one concentrator each
- 2 ICU beds connected to 2 concentrators each, enabling 60 litres per minute high flow oxygen for intubated patients on ventilator machines
 
Electricity Generation:
- 50 kVA power generator with 1,000 litre diesel fuel tank
- Battery bank
- 1,800+ metres of electric cables installed in the train
 
In-Patient (Hospitalisation care):
- New linoleum floors in all medical carriages for prevention and control of infection
- Blast film applied to windows to prevent shards in case of a blast in the vicinity
 
ICU (Intensive Care Unit):
- Medical equipment such as:
- Monitors
- Defibrillators
- Ventilators
- Syringe pumps
- Space for medics to access all around each bed
