On 10 September in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, MSF's emergency teams initiated the response and have set up mobile clinics at three locations in the flood-hit villages of Miaonlay, Sarasang & Bela in Charsadda district which are next to the river bank. The villages have suffered partial or complete damage to houses & water-borne diseases are on the rise. Our medical teams in villages have seen patients with respiratory tract infections, eye infections, acute diarrhoea, severe skin infections & chronic disease. We have provided outpatient primary basic health care to more than 900 flood-affected patients.
