On the 3rd November 2015, Remembrance Gatherings will be organised in cities with MSF offices or significant MSF associative presence, and on MSF mission coordination capitals and MSF field locations wherever possible. The International Board has gathered all initiatives generated and prepared a plan of action, which contains proposed activities and guidance.

Main messages
The International Board’s Plan of Action proposes three main messages:
1. In memory of our colleagues and patients killed in Kunduz one month ago.
2. Deep concern for each wounded and severely sick person in Kunduz that has not had a chance to receive medical care in the last month.
3. Request the respect of health staff, health structures and patients granted by IHL in conflicts. The possibility to receive impartial medical care by victims of wars depends on it.

Important guidance regarding coherence of actions: try to stick to the proposed visuals across the gatherings and unite your communications actions around the following line: “Even Wars Have Rules. #Independentinvestigation.”
