This old lady left Syria with her sewing machine.
She suffers from chronic condition and regularly comes to MSF clinic in Balbeck to get her treatment. "I wouldn't have left without it, it is the most precious object I have".
In Syria, she was a professional sewer, but here, the machine is used to mend the clothes used by the agricultural work.
