One day I had to program some equipment in a dangerous neighbourhood. My company had just given me a new car so I could get around easily. As soon as we entered the neighbourhood, some men pointed their guns at us. They threatened us and tried to extort money from me. We identified ourselves as systems technicians and the gang members decided to take us to a house so that we could set up an internet signal, all the while threatening and beating us.
