"On this World TB Day, Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) urges India to scale up access to bedaquline and delaminid for all people with DR_TB and discontinue use of harmful injectable agents.
Till Feb 2020, the MSF private clinic in Govandi has initiated 188 DRTB patients on treatment regimen which includes Bedaquiline and Delamanid.
MSF is also partnering with Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) and National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) to combat DRTB in a high disease burden municipal ward in Mumbai.
