After years of investments, financial support to fight HIV and tuberculosis in poor countries has started reducing.

They promised us that our treatment is for life. But today, we have many stockouts, which makes us feel abandoned along the way. If they leave us like this, we will all die.

Donor countries must urgently increase funding for HIV and tuberculosis.
