360 Video Briefing Paper #Notatarget

The objective of the NaT Initiative to raise awareness at different target public levels a series of stakeholders (general public, medicals, public health, IHDL, humanitarians, NGOs, IOs, single politicians, governmental authorities) in order for the perpetrators of attacks on hospitals to pay the highest political cost possible and raise awareness on the need to respect medical activities in conflict zones (IHL). Up to now several tools have already been created and used for these aforementioned activities, as for example the NaT film and the NaT touring exhibition, which had a very positive impact within MSF as well as externally.

The 360 video has been created as an advocacy tool aimed at a specific audience: mainly decision makers (politicians, governmental authorities or any other judged relevant).
